A garden for dinner

 Vegan, mostly raw, organic, gluten-free, and full of everything the body needs.



                                                                     Raw salad with: 
walnuts
red beats with leaves
sesame seeds
coconut flakes
carrots
onions
fresh herbs



Lupine chunks
baked in coconut oil,
sprinkled with sesame seed
and chunky mustard mixed with Agavesiprup





Since I don't react to soy products very well, I really appreciate and love Lupine flour.It is full of proteine and also a good egg replacement.
